
We loved it when we saw that today was Look Up At The Sky Day since there's a famous Russian remedy appropriately called 'The Breath of Life' that tells us to do exactly that. It comes from the P.K. Ivanov pantheon of ways to recharge and rejuvenate simply by standing and looking up at the sky.
1.Once out of doors, stretch your head gently so that you're looking up at the sky and open your mouth.
2.Inhaling slowly only through the nose, draw in a deep breath from the air above.
3.Swallow the air instead as you begin to slowly exhale, visualizing this pure energy infiltrating and spreading throughout your body. Then exhale and repeat two more times from the beginning.
Ivanov preached that this practice not only cleansed and strengthened the aura but could help to prevent overeating as well. In fact, he often advocated doing this short exercise prior to eating any meal. So, let's see, you can cleanse your aura, increase a healthy circulation, move stale energies AND lose weight?
